Condeco provides a full library of reports to closely monitor room utilisation, resource usage, user activity and much more.
The key to effective management of your meeting rooms must always be the reporting information that is available to you. It can also allocate costs to particular rooms, resources and services to provide cost analysis and onward invoicing where required.
Condeco contains a variety of standard reports that provide information on room and resource utilisation, user behaviour, and cost allocations.
Condeco allows for customisation of the reports to suit the company’s specific needs, or specific bespoke reports can be obtained using third party software such as SQL Reporting or Crystal Reports. Managers can filter and drill down through the data, print reports or export them in a range of formats - including Word, Excel and PDF.
The reports provide real time data analysis on both resource usage and user behaviour and can collate the information held to provide reports on planned bookings against actual usage. The utilisation reports provide details on specific resource items and the number being used at any given time.
