RNM Systems, a specialist workplace management solutions, has won prestigious accolade at BIFM International Investors in FM Excellence Awards 2008.

The company was selected from dozens of entrants for its workplace management software suite, Condeco, which helps large enterprises, central and local Government and SMEs to manage the day-to-day aspects of office life with ease and fluidity.

With flexi-working and home working on the rise, offices and car parks are barely 50% utilised. Condeco helps companies to identify areas where there are idle desks, empty meeting rooms and car park spaces, enabling them to maximize occupancy, which reduces operational costs and their carbon footprint.
